Anyone between the ages of 14 and 24 that are TANF-eligible are invited to join this dynamic youth group to identifying needs in the community, helping strategize solutions to issues we face daily, and carrying out actions to address those needs and issues.

This program provides paid positions for participants to learn the basics of leadership and community organizing. 16 weeks of training, these young leaders will be taught a number life skills including:
- Job seeking strategies
- Employment readiness
- Conflict resolution
- Resume writing
- building self confidence
- Understanding power structures
- Community organizing basics
- Building social capital
- Promoting civic engagement
During the summer, students will have an opportunity to intern in CMWJ approved community sites to gain first-hand experience in fields they are interested in. They will be able to put into practice all of the information they learn in the trainings.
